I’m just now crawling out of a hole called December. Something happens to me every year during the holidays where I just can’t keep my motor for exercise burning. My body, mind and spirit quit…and so once again with the help and support of friends and family, I start the climb and the suffering to reclaim lost fitness levels.

I love to listen to Eric Clapton and BB King my two all time favorite Blues musicians.. Today I heard a song sung by J.J. Cale and Eric called “Anyway The Wind Blows”… It spoke to me and the message said:
