Grounds for happiness

The suggestions below are not mine…. I was listening to a pod cast which focused on motivation and these simple statements stuck with me so, I’m sharing them with you over coffee.

* Stop focusing on things we cannot control….The news, world events, climate, other people…
* Stop focusing on the things we do not have……. Just try being grateful for what you have already.
* Stop living in the past (the way things used to be) or in the future (the way things will be then)
Be present

Practice these three things and if they don’t make you a bit happier, even for one day…
I’ll pay for the coffee…promise.
